Pricing Analyst

We’re after a Pricing Analyst who can turn messy client data into clarity, run sophisticated pricing and commercial analysis, and make the work simpler for both our clients and our   Pricing Advisors. We’re a small, relaxed, high-performing team that likes quick wins, real outcomes, and a no-nonsense approach. Three values hold it all together: Client Value, Candor, and Character.

The Role

In this role, you:

  • Drive client delivery end to end on engagements that can run 18–36 months. You’re a key driver of the commercial transformation we deliver.
  • Diagnose the status quo and pull the client data, run the competitor and market research, and call out what isn’t working in their pricing and packaging.
  • Design with our   Pricing Advisors to build new, better-performing pricing and packaging, then plan and run the validation that proves it works.
  • Own the data and analysis behind pricing engagements, from customer segmentation and revenue analysis to usage patterns, packaging performance, price ladders, migration scenarios, and commercial impact models.
  • Join client workshops with Advisors and senior client teams, helping structure the conversation, challenge assumptions, and turn decisions into concrete execution steps.
  • Support execution; from customer migrations and pricing communication to the harder edges of process implementation and change management.
  • Deliver outcomes, period! Growing client ARR, sharpening pricing decision-making, and de-risking changes to packaging and pricing strategy.
  • Help us scale by standardizing and documenting how we work, sharpening our frameworks and tools, and tracking client results.
  • Champion the culture of Client Value, Candor, and Character and keep the bar high for yourself and your teammates.

What you bring

Foundation. 3–5 years with a commercial or pricing tilt, ideally in B2B SaaS/tech, with a track record to match. Or 3–8 years operating inside at least two B2B SaaS companies with a clear pricing focus and proven results.

Sharp quant skills. You’re fluent in pricing and revenue modeling in Google Sheets and Excel and handle complex, messy data without blinking.

Brains over hands. You get how companies work, especially SaaS  and untangle tough commercial problems fast.

AI-fluent. You already use modern AI tools to research, model, and draft faster and you know exactly where human judgment still has to win. As more of our clients build AI products, this only matters more.

High output, low drama. You’re all about execution, contributing to decisions, cutting through noise, and shipping high-quality work.

Team player and influencer. You thrive in a team, collaborate effortlessly, and bring clients and colleagues along with smart ideas.

Remote-ready. You build real relationships online and deliver over Meet/Teams/Zoom/Slack like you’re in the room.

Strong communicator. You write well, speak clearly, and build trust with clients and teammates.
