When designing pricing for SaaS there are a series of questions you must answer: what is our capability - what can we deliver to the market? What customer segments are we serving? What should we sell them - tiers, modules, add-ons, services? What pricing model should we choose? And how much should we charge?
What really matters, though, is the sequence in which you answer all of these questions.
